Who can become a Trusted Assessor?

Anyone in a role that involves visiting older or disabled people at home can be trained — health teams, social care, housing teams, care providers and charities supporting people at home.

How are the courses delivered?

In a choice of formats: eLearning, blended, and face-to-face at venues UK-wide. We’re also experienced in developing tailored training programmes for organisations.

Are the qualifications accredited?

Yes. As the originators of the current national qualifications, our latest courses are accredited by OCN London and designed to meet the needs of today’s learners and commissioners.

Do you offer in-house training for organisations?

Yes — in-house Trusted Assessor training is delivered through our bespoke Train the Trainer programmes, and we can advise on governance, supervision and support structures.
