As a centre of excellence for home adaptations, Care and Repair North-East Wales is a charitable Community Benefit Society and a home improvement agency. As part of the Care and Repair Cymru network it undertakes a range of important work adapting homes in the region and enabling people to stay at home. The agency is based in Shotton, Deeside with easy road and rail access and plenty of parking.

Disability North
Disability North is a well-known regional charity and disabled living centre based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. A hub for information, advice, and support for older and disabled people they also run a range of important local support services.

Warrington Disability Partnership
An award-winning user-led charity with over 30 years’ experience of supporting older and disabled people across Warrington, Cheshire, Merseyside and surrounding areas. WDP provides a range of services, mainly from the Warrington Centre for Independent Living and Liverpool Disabled Living Centre. For the past 32 years WDP has organised the internationally acclaimed Disability Awareness Day, that attracts over 200 exhibitors and over 20,000 visitors each year.
